Home Security Stories from Homeowners Just Like You

I have been speaking about home security with a lot of homeowners. I am working to get some insight on the different ways our homes can be threatened. One of the things I asked everyone was if they had ever experienced suspicious actions at their house. It could have been robbery, broken windows, a suspicious individual – anything. Almost everybody had at least one story for me. Most of their stories led them to install a security system. I have learned that Home Security in Delray Beach is one of the more reliable choices.

One person said that he was home for the afternoon one day, but then left to pick his son up from football practice. After they got back roughly 20 minutes later, one of the windows was broken and several things were missing inside. He seemed to think he had been watched, and the robber knew when he left. Another mother of three said that she once answered the door for someone who said they were a salesperson. After the guy pitched his sale, he asked if he could come inside to speak more about it. She said no thank you, and the man again replied by asking if he could still come inside to use her telephone. Since the man was being so persistent, she again declined and closed the door.

All of us have had encounters with suspicious situations and people. Some experiences are worse than others, like the first man’s experience. The information I am getting will help me determine what encourages people to get a alarm system. The second woman said she quickly decided to get one the very next day.

I have heard a ton of identical stories from other families. People never know what might happen on a certain day. I am confident these two people did not wake up assuming something abnormal would happen that day. It definitely stresses the importance of being prepared.
